Detailed Description
An indie bottling of 15 year old Bruichladdich single malt, drawn from a Radoux French oak cask. It was distilled by the Islay-based distillers in July 2002 and bottled in September 2017 by North Star Spirits.

Nose: Wine-like red berry sweetness, with a hint of salted chocolate underneath.
Palate: Toasted brown sugar and cinnamon, blackberry cheesecake with a buttery digestive biscuit base, slightly drying minerality.
Finish: Prune, black pepper.
Distillery Information
Bruichladdich Distillery is a distillery on the Rhinns of the isle of Islay in Scotland. The distillery produces mainly single malt Scotch whisky, but has also offered artisanal gin. It is owned by Rémy Cointreau and is one of eight working distilleries on the island.
