This release is another special ex-sherry cask, this one a Pedro Ximénez hogshead. Decadent might not be too strong of a word. A classic example of this style of single malt from the old world but with the new world update of roasted malts. Only 267 bottles produced.

Nose: The nose is full of dark, savory notes including toasted sesame seeds with mole sauce and dark chocolate.
Palate: The palate is thick and still dark and savory but also with a hint of blueberry syrup in the background.
Finish: Long and rich.
