Detailed Description
Wahaka Espadin Botaniko is a limited release. It’s made by adding a bag of herbs to the copper still during the second distillation. The herbs are collected from nearby fields around San Dionisio Ocotepec. The process creates a clean mezcal with notes of juniper, cardamom, vanilla, lemon, and lavender. Like the Wahaka Manzanita, this is another vegan “pechuga” by master distiller Alberto Morales.

Nose: Medium oak, with light notes of cooked agave.
Palate: Notes of juniper, cardamom, vanilla, lemon, and lavender.
Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
