Detailed Description
Tipperary Knockmealdowns honors the mountain range that overlooks the Ahearn Farm on the Tipperary border. It is a VERY limited edition — coming from only six casks or triple pot-distilled Irish Single Malt aged a full ten years in ex-Bourbon casks. The spirit is cut to a spot-on 47% ABV with water flowing on the family farm in Tipperary. Each bottle is individually numbered.

Nose: Citrus oils, pineapple, oak, and caramel.
Palate: A delicate balance of wood and tropical fruits with granola underneath.
Finish: Lemon cream and a hint of espresso.
Distillery Information
Founded by local farmer Liam Ahearn, his fiancée Jennifer Nickerson and her father Stuart Nickerson (renowned Scotland based Whiskey Expert) in 2014. Tipperary Boutique Distillery is located Newtownadam, Cahir Ireland.
