Detailed Description
This wheated spirit had a mashbill of 70% Californian and Canadian corn, 25% wheat and 5% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of fifteen months with majority of blends above two years.

Nose: Classic Bourbon notes of vanilla and caramel with an luscious, savory note.
Palate: This Bourbon has notes of toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle and coffee.
Finish: Long and sweet.

Sonoma County Distilling was founded in northern California by San Francisco native Adam Spiegel in 2010. Sonoma Distilling made the old-fashioned way in hand-made Copper Stills, using the finest in Non-GMO California grains to make their whiskies.
