Origen Raiz del Espiritu Espadin Chacaleno Mezcal is a traditional mezcal that’s been made in Oaxaca, Mexico, for over 150 years. This mezcal is made from 100% Agave Espadin, which is a rare variety of agave that’s considered to be one of the most flavorful agaves in the world. The Espadin is cultivated in the wild, which makes it even more rare. This mezcal is made by distilling the agave through a process that leaves a lot of the agave’s aromas and flavors intact.
