Westchester No. 4 Rye is made from New York State rye, especially grown for them. They use 100% rye so their spirit is a little bolder and spicier than most rye whiskies, but their innovative fermentation and distillation style makes it very smooth and approachable.

Nose: The nose is a light floral with some spice.
Palate: Sweet vanilla and caramel notes, transitions to cinnamon and floral rye flavors.
Finish: Long spicy, but not overwhelming, rye finish.
Distillery Information
Located along the banks of the Byram River in Port Chester, NY, the distillery is situated in a manufacturing district, surrounded by welders, metal fabricators and commercial fishing vessels. This hard-working environment inspires them to do their best every day. It’s the first distillery in Westchester County, NY since prohibition and the world’s first distillery to make gin distilled from honey. The Heart of the distillery is the fermentation and distillation equipment.
