Fresh from Florida. Small batch, pot still, carbon filtered, handcrafted rum, aged onsite 1 to 2 years in fresh used whiskey barrels, ferment uses molasses made from Florida grown sugar cane.

Nose: Molasses and caramel.
Palate: Sweet and smooth.
Finish: Warm finish with whiskey glow.
Distillery Information
Marlin & Barrel is a small boutique distillery on Amelia Island in Florida offering a locally sourced silver rum. A basic Florida sugar cane silver rum fused with a Vanilla bean Espresso. The Espresso compliments and helps pull the vanilla out of the rum. The deep espresso flavor works well with the rum. Not so strong that it hides the rum.
