Detailed Description
Agaves are cooked in a traditional earthen oven before being crushed with a tahona. The mash is wild yeast fermented in wooden vats before being distilled twice in copper pot stills. The agaves used for this blend are all subvarieties of the karwinskii family.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
