Crafted from the rare and wild agave Cuishe which has a cylindrical, stalk-shaped piña. Earth pit-roasted, crushed by tahona, open air fermented, and double-distilled.

Palate: Smoky and spicy flavors throughout.
Finish: Smooth and Earthy, with trace notes of minerality.
