Detailed Description
Well matured single malt from the Aultmore Distillery, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor for The Octave series. This expression began its maturation back in 1990, and eventually bottled in 2020 after 29 years of rest. You don’t see all that much long-aged Aultmore these days, so this is a real treat!

Nose: The nose is big and sweet with caramel corn, dark red fruits, vanilla and toffee.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
