This Akashi White Oak 3 Year OId was distilled in Eigashima and matured in a Tequila cask for 3 years. The results are a fruity, gently floral and lightly spicy expression, with warm caramel and honey clearly imparted by the cask type. It’s a creative and innovative whisky that we would highly recommend trying.
