Rye Whiskey enthusiasts will be delighted by this latest offering from the well-respected Heaven Hill distillery. Made from a mash of 51% rye, 39% corn and 10% malted barley, Pikesville Rye is not as sharp as some other ryes; rather it has a rounded flavour with great depth, though it keeps the distinctive rye spiciness. It is aged for three years to produce a rich whiskey which clocks in at 80 proof.
