This core Texas Single Malt Whisky ages in a variety of new & used American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels, all of which are candidates for the Single Barrel Private Selection Program. This variety in barrel character combined with our copper pot stills yield complex flavors with intense palate-density. Non-chill filtered, as always.

A quarter mile from downtown Waco, Texas, in a neighborhood of long abandoned storefronts, is a small, rusted-metal shed hidden beneath the 17th Street Bridge.
