Spring Mill Bourbon hails from Indiana and is aged in two sets of new, charred American white oak. Sweet and spicy with notes of vanilla custard and baking spices.
Spring Mill Twice Barreled Bourbon Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet with hints of spicy rye, juniper, and clove.
Palate: Dangerously drinkable at 90 proof. Baking spices, vanilla custard, sweet corn and light oak.
Finish: Spicy with hints of smoky char and more oak.
