Double distilled from 100% agave Espadín grown in Santa Maria Zoquitlan, Oaxaca. Roasted in pit ovens over mesquite oak, fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double distilled in copper alembic stills.

Nose: Abundant citrus aromas, with a hint of fruitiness.
Palate: Full, with heavy lemon zest and tropical fruit flavors.
