New Holland have been leaders in the American Single Malt category for years and being brewers for years as well, these guys really know their way around some barley. For the reserve, the whiskey is first aged for four years in new American oak barrels before being finished for nine months in ex-sherry casks.

Nose: Notes of raisins and plums come forward in its aromatic nose.
Palate: Toasty malt character with hints of nuttiness, is framed by graceful tannins from the uncharred sherry casks.
Finish: A soft, smooth finish laced with warm chocolate tones.
