This award-winning, artisanal mezcal is produced from blue agave, which has been fermented in the traditional Mexican way for up to five years. It is then rested in wooden barrels for two to three years. This mezcal is full of character, boasting a rich and smoky flavor that’s sweet and earthy. It has been compared to a fine single malt Scotch.
