Detailed Description
The classic Maguey plant is cut down and is used to make Mezcal in a traditional process that has been passed down for generations. This Mezcal is made with a golden yellow agave plant, which is grown in the foothills of the Sierras. It is harvested and cooked to release the sugars. It is then fermented in a wooden barrel.
