A Pechuga Mezcal from the Mezcal El Jolgorio range. Pechuga is an intriguing style of Mezcal where the still is filled with botanicals (in this case, pineapple, orange, plantains, anise and more), and a turkey breast is suspended at the top of the still so the vapour passes over it.
