Detailed Description
Mezcalosfera Espadin/?Jabali is produced by mezcalero Victor Ramos in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. In December 2017, the agaves were cooked together in an underground over, crushed with stone, and naturally fermented for 6 days. Next, it was distilled twice in a copper refrescador still and adjusted to a final ABV of 47.71% using puntas and shishe. The final batch size was 582 liters.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
