Nacional 1937 is made with wild maguey Cirial in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Maestro Mezcalero Celso Martinez Lopez uses traditional mezcal production methods and double-distills this mezcal in a small copper still. This mezcal was named to commemorate the creation of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in 1937.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
