Detailed Description
Westland was one of the pioneers of Single Malt Whiskey made in America. It combines five different malted barleys fermented with Belgian brewer’s yeast. Then it’s aged a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels and bottled at a perfect 46% ABV. And that’s the real secret here — they bring a brewer’s detailed attention to the grains and yeast on the front end and master distilling craftsmanship on the back end.
