Detailed Description
This whiskey is made by a grain-to-glass distillery in Little Rock, Arkansas, where the rye used is grown within 125 miles. It’s bottled at 46% ABV, and distilled from a mash bill with 52% rye, 38% corn and 10% malted barley (this differs from an earlier recipe which used 88% rye and 12% malted barley).

Nose: The nose is medicinal and minty upfront, with rye spice and vanilla, along with some floral qualities.
Palate: The palate showcases caramel, oak, cedar box, baking spices, rye, and light toffee.
Finish: Find a resonating spearmint medicinal note on a short finish, with black pepper and buttery sweetness lurking in its wake.

Rock Town Distillery is the first of its kind in Arkansas, an artisan craft distillery that uses grains from Arkansas to distill award winning spirits. They are a grain-to-glass distiller with their corn, wheat and rye all grown within a hundred miles from the distillery in northeast Arkansas.
