A deliciously soft and smooth single malt that happens to be made in the heart of Bourbon country! This is a lot lighter and easier to drink than most Scottish single malts but in many ways could be compared to an Irish counterpart.
Pearse Lyon Reserve Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Spicy, floral aroma.
Palate: Notes of pepper, oak and vanilla on the palate.
Finish: Finish is long and complex, with an earthiness accented by notes of caramel.
