Distillery Information
Painted Stave Distilling opened in 2013 in a restored 1940s movie theater in downtown Smyrna, Delaware. Their facility includes a 4,000 sqft production floor that houses Their mashing, fermenting and distilling equipment, a 40 seat craft cocktail bar, an art gallery and event space that is available for private gatherings, and soon to be completed outdoor Cocktail Garden and 4,800 sqft barrel storage facility. They produce a wide range of spirits including Straight Bourbon, Straight Rye, Western Dry Gin, the world’s only Scrapple Flavored Vodka, and numerous experimental releases from time to time.
