Detailed Description
New Holland Brewers Whiskey is crafted exclusively from two-row malted barley, which is milled and mashed at the distillery. Once the grains have been mashed, they are fermented with a brewers yeast for up to ten days, producing a bottle-ready New Holland craft beer. The char contributes notes of mellow chocolate, cocoa and cloves to the whiskey, and compliments its notes of honey, vanilla and custard.
New Holland Brewers’ Whiskey Tasting Notes
