Detailed Description

After distillation, this high Rye Bourbon is placed 53 gallon #2, 3, and 4 char American Oak Barrels and aged for over two years. Once the aging process had finished, we bottle the whiskey straight from the barrel without proofing it down.

With 40 combined years in the alcohol business, these guys had the fantastic idea to unite their skills and produce something they love: hooch.
