This limited edition Daviess County variant is finished in lightly toasted American oak barrels, providing a smooth mouthfeel with notes of caramel, vanilla, and hints of oak. Like all Daviess County variants, it features a signature combination of ryed and wheated mashbills, aged for over four years and is 96 proof.

Distillery Information
With a heritage dating back to 1874, Daviess County Distilling Company was one of the first great bourbon distilleries of Kentucky. It also paved the way for more than a dozen other distilleries that opened in Daviess County pre-Prohibition. Now, in honor of the county’s rich history, we are reintroducing Daviess County Bourbon to the world.
