This is a litre bottle of the delicious Captain Morgan’s Spiced, made with various Caribbean rums as well as cassia bark and sweet vanilla. It’s aged in charred oak casks before bottling.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
