Originally called Barenfang (“Bear Trap”), this drinkable honey was not only enticing to the bear, but soon became the drink of choice to the bear hunter as well.

Nose: Intense set honey initially on the nose then more honeycomb like aromas.

Palate: The palate is like a dilute honey, very pure sweet flavours.

Finish: Delicate and elegant finish.

Distillery Information

As a central production and bottling location for our spirits brands, in 2003 the former Pott / Racke / Dujardin company acquired their production site in Rinteln an der Weser. On more than 33,000 m² there is a production plant that meets the highest demands. There, a total of six bottling plants, from miniature bottles to special bottlings, fill approx. 25 million bottles a year.
