Barbados 2000 S.B.S. : Another single cask rum from the ever wonderful 1423, this one was distilled over at Barbados’ Mount Gay Distillery in the year 2000. The pot still rum then rested for the next two decades, until it was bottled in Denmark in February 2020, with an outturn of 258 cask strength bottles at 53.2% ABV.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
