Amate Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: The aroma has a very clean cooked agave nose with sweet spices of vanilla and cinnamon and a touch of star anise.
Palate: The añejo has a lot of barrel character, definitely a rye-whiskey lover’s tequila.
Finish: The finish is full of wood and a mysteriously buttery character.
