This is Tequila Alquimia’s crowning glory! From their very first production of their own tequila, from their own estate-grown agaves in 2004, they set aside a number of barrels which remained sealed, and they turned 14 years old this year. They used once-used Jack Daniels barrels to age. This exquisite spirit is bottled at barrel strength, at 100 Proof. This Certified Organic Extra Añejo is phenomenal on the nose and palate!
