Detailed Description
Named in tribute to a local man on Jura. People say he lived to see 180 years old. An ancient gravestone close to the distillery attests to this. Elixirs are said to give life to those who need it, if fantasy fiction is to be believed. While we don’t think this Isle of Jura 12 Year Old Elixir has any magical properties (in fact, we’re sure of it), that doesn’t stop it from being an utterly fantastic release from the island distillery.

Nose: Bursting with fresh fruits, some citrus notes and spice coming through.
Palate: More fruit with crushed almonds and pineapple, some coffee and ginger notes.
Finish: A scrumptious sweetness of figs and ripe plums.

Jura distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery on the island of Jura in the Inner Hebrides off the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery is owned by Glasgow founded and based Whyte and Mackay, which in turn is owned by Philippines-based Emperador Inc.
