Heaven Hill Green Label is a year younger than its cousin, their flagship 7-year-old Bottled-in-Bond bourbon. Made from the same mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, it’s aged in char #3 white oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof.

Nose: On the nose with undertones of cinnamon, leather, and mint.

Palate: On the palate by corn and brown sugar, as well as some peppery spice notes.

Finish: Finish has notes of vanilla, oak, and spice.
