This expression from the Aiki Gin range features a similar selection of botanicals as Aiki Gin Smooth one, along with the addition of bitter melon, Okinawa long pepper, and shikwasa. The botanicals are all vacuum-distilled individually and then blended together to create the delicious flavour profile.

Nose: Bright and fragrant with plenty of citrus, with a definitely leaning in the direction of lime.
Palate: Toasty, peppery juniper notes offer a welcome balance.
