This expression from Batch Spirits was created by the team’s junior distiller Ryan, inspired by the biscuits of local biscuit luminaries, Farmhouse Biscuits. Based on the flavours of Farmhouse Biscuits’ lemon biscuits, this expression features a white rum aged in a barrel with fresh lemon, oats, malt, vanilla pods, and powdered sugar.
