The Still & Oak Straight Rye. meanwhile, is also made in small batches and features Wisconsin grown rye in its mix. The mash bill for it is 100 percent rye (78% rye, 22% malted rye) and it is bottled at 45% ABV.

Nose: Rye toast, candied yams, gingerbread, caraway, and tarragon.
Palate: Same as aromas with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, rosemary, and peanut butter.
Finish: And peanut butter finish.
