Palate: Clover Honey, Mint, Corn Husk, Sugar Cane,
Walnut, and Cinnamon.

Nose: Burnt caramel, oak & honey
Palate: Honey, cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove & mint
Finish: Long and smooth, slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch taffy, maple & honey
