Detailed Description
Macallan Masters of Photography is an elegant Speyside single malt, made using whisky aged in eight different types of cask including first-fill American oak, an ex-European wine cask and a refill Speyside whisky cask from Macallan itself. This combination creates an incredibly complex single malt with notes of candied fruits, honey, butterscotch, red berries and spicy ginger. Created to celebrate both photography and whisky-making at Macallan, Masters of Photography features exclusive collaborations with six of the world’s best-known photographers, to capture each stage of the process – and the new Macallan distillery – in a different light.
