Poire Williams Des Monts De La Cote D’or is a more exclusive presentation of Joseph Cartron’s pear eau-de-vie, made with specially selected pears grown in their orchards in Burgundy. The spirit is rested in glass demijohns for 2 to 5 years before blending and bottling at 49% ABV. This results in a highly aromatic spirit, rich with fruit and subtly floral carried by a smooth, oily mouth-feel.
