This expression from the Jamaica Cove range is enjoyably warming indeed. It’s made with Jamaican pot and column still rums, and infused with the likes of vanilla, honey, citrus, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise. We reckon a hot buttered rum with this should be fabulous.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
