Jamaica Cove Black Ginger Rum is produced by taking a selection of Jamaican Rums, Botanicals and most importantly Ginger, by infusing these together it creates a Rum which has Spicy Vegetal notes throughout with obvious flavours of Ginger and hints of Caramel to finish!
