Detailed Description
There’s a lot of debate surrounding how to eat oysters. How many times do you chew them? Should you use a fork? Forget all that, now you can drink your oyster fill with Isle of Bute Oyster Gin! Well, not quite, the gin uses oyster shells rather than the actual mollusc, harvested from the Argyll Coast, accompanied with citrus and other more traditional botanicals. Needless to say this is an exceptional pairing with seafood, and does very well when garnished with cucumber. Though the distillery is inspired by and named after the Isle of Bute, this gin is currently distilled in Glasgow – though plans are very much on the horizon for a distillery on the island.
