Isle of Bute Island Gin was inspired by… Well, by the Isle of Bute itself! Head distiller Simon Tardivel wanted to create a refreshing and tropical expression, and ended up getting a little more inspiration from a salsa that his aunt used to make. Mint and pineapple feature here, alongside a helping of herbs, making for a vibrant, zesty gin that works marvellously in summery cocktails.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
