Detailed Description
This refreshing fruity Hokkaido Craft Gin was created at the furthest north distillery in the whole of Japan, on the island of Hokkaido. It was made using eleven different botanicals, six of which were sourced locally. These are: red shiso, apple mint, kombu, Irish cobbler potato and rice. Combined with the juniper berry, coriander seed, licorice root, angelica root, and orange peel, they help to create a uniquely tasty and refreshing spirit which is fantastic on the rocks or with tonic water.
