In honor of the Field Museum & the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition species showcased in Chicago (the same year the museum founded); Bloody Butcher red corn was selected as the sole ingredient for the Vodka as part of the Field Spirits Collection.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
