Detailed Description
Each batch of Fernet Gancia Liqueur begins with a proprietary recipe of herbs and spices which includes, among others, gentian, saffron, mint, and licorice. These are then steeped in a neutral spirit distilled from grapes for a number of days with the resulting blend then filtered prior to being mixed with syrup to tame its taste. Finally, the finished liqueur is left to mature for several months before finally being brought to proof, bottled, and labeled.
