Eden Mill’s Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson enjoys citrus-forward, fruity gins and anything that is fairly zesty and aromatic, with some of his favorite botanicals including bergamot, grapefruit, kaffir lime leaf, lime peel, etc. Scott chose to age this gin in a White Burgundy wine cask because it adds fresh, tropical peach and apricot flavors that compliment citrus-forward gins.

Nose: Full of juicy and fruity aromas.
Palate: Full of tropical and stone fruit aromas, reminiscent of lychee and apricot.
Finish: Zesty, fruity and aromatic on the finish.
